About

Abigail grew up in Minnesota and moved to Fargo-Moorhead for college, where she earned degrees in Theatre Arts and Biology from Concordia College. During her time there, she immersed herself in the arts and advocacy, performing in local productions, teaching adaptive theatre classes for children and adults with disabilities, founding a disability and mental health advocacy organization, working in nursing homes at the height of the pandemic, and participating in the Miss Minnesota Organization.

A lot of her passion for accessibility and inclusion stems from her own experiences as a queer & disabled performer. Growing up, she rarely saw people like herself on stage or screen which felt lonely at times. Getting involved in her community and creating content on social media has connected her to hundreds of other disabled people and given her a space to share her own experiences, raise awareness, and listen to and uplift other disabled voices.

Now based in Minneapolis, Abigail has been pursuing more opportunities in theatre, film, and commercials, while working in marketing for a mental health organization, and serving on the board of Mixfit Theatre. If you'd like to work together or learn more, don’t hesitate to reach out!
